Jeff combines his practical experience in delivering projects and building products from a range of industries with a passion for helping people thrive and grow. He excels at teaching complicated ideas and thrives when facilitating any size of team or group, at all levels of an organization.
He combines a variety of techniques drawn from a diverse array of sources to meet people where they are today, and help them along their journey to achieve results that are important and meaningful to them. Taking a systems-thinking approach, Jeff has a proven track record in helping individuals, teams, and organizations identify and implement improvements, not to create great outcomes, but rather to help nudge and evolve the environment to one where great outcomes become inevitable.
Jeff teaches Project Management and Organizational Change related classes in post-graduate programs at college. Over the years, Jeff has designed, developed, and delivered workshops for companies of all sizes, and consulted at all levels throughout organizations as a Management Coach, Leadership Coach, Agile Coach, Process Coach, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Business Analyst. He also, once upon a time, did some manual testing and even some UX and UI design work. Jeff has spoken internationally at conferences, and remains involved in the organization of Agile community events, conferences, and MeetUps.
He’s earned a number of industry certifications, but has let many of his certifications expire as he finds his actual experience to be far more valuable and meaningful. And yes, he really is a magician. He used to perform at birthday parties, weddings, libraries, and corporate events. And while he now tends to perform just for family and friends, he’s been known to throw some tricks into his consulting, facilitation, and training workshops.
Jeff finds it amusing to write about himself in the third person.
