Coaching

Sometimes, the best way to learn is by having someone who has done it before guide you along the way. Generally, we’re looking for a short-term engagement where we’ll join you, a member of your leadership team, or any member of your team, for a period of time. We’ll provide guidance along the way, offer alternative approaches to those that are currently being followed, and assist in helping take that new approach. Our goal here isn’t to create great outcomes, but rather help create an environment where great outcomes are inevitable. We’ll help you discover what’s going to work best for you in your context.

We love coaching teams, and helping them improve their practices. We also love coaching managers and leaders, who can create the conditions and impact the entire environment in which teams operate. Often, we find we need to do both. Our engagement tends to change over time. We have no pre-set playbook to follow, that may or may not apply to you, in your context. We’ll start with how you’re working now. By observing and interacting with managers, leaders, individuals and teams, we’re able to identify measurable opportunities for improvements. We’re not in the business of telling people what to do, but rather to help folks see and enhance their own working environments. And since we’re on the ground coaching, we’ll help you bring those opportunities into existence and realize the benefits.
